Dr. LaMorte is a skilled periodontist in private practice – Gregory LaMorte, DDS, LLC – in South Orange, New Jersey. Dedicated to keeping his patients comfortable and informed, he provides expert periodontal and dental implant therapy using the most recent technology. After obtaining his high school diploma from Xavier High School in 1971, Dr. LaMorte went on to complete his Bachelor of Science degree at St. Peter’s University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1975. From there, he went on to pursue his dental training, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1979. Three years later, in 1982, he obtained a Certificate in Periodontics from the New York Veterans Administration Medical Center. Known for his professional leadership, Dr. LaMorte is a Fellow of the American College of Dentistry and the Chair of the New Jersey Section of the American College of Dentists. He is also a frequent presenter at professional association programs, lecturing on many different subjects related to periodontics, implant dentistry, and 3D imaging.
